Common questions
Do you sell to the public or to trade only?
Both. Most enquiries come from maintenance engineers, machine builders and installers, but if you have a machine that needs a motor we quote it the same way.
How do I get a price?
Send the enquiry form with the product family and the numbers you have (nameplate, ratio, kW, shaft). We aim to reply to quote within one working day with a price and a lead time. You get the quotation by email first, and we ring if one number needs checking. No account needed.
Where do the products come from?
Drives are held at our supplier's warehouse in Poland and dispatched directly to you by courier or pallet. Nothing is drop-shipped from a third party. We import the goods ourselves. Import duty and import VAT are our cost and are included in the quotation, so there is no separate bill from the carrier when the drive arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Stocked lines typically reach a UK address in 5 to 7 working days and made-to-order units in 2 to 4 weeks. Both are confirmed on the quotation. Delivery by courier or pallet across England, Wales and Scotland, quoted with the price. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland on request.
What about warranty?
Every product carries a two-year warranty. If anything goes wrong you contact us, not the supplier, and we handle the claim.
Can you help choose the right unit?
